Pro Ampac is seeking an experienced Plant Controller for their Westfield, MA location. This key role involves leading the accounting and FP&A functions at one of the largest manufacturing sites with over $100M in revenue. The Plant Controller will drive financial excellence and provide strategic direction by partnering closely with plant leadership.
Responsibilities include developing financial policies, analyzing financial data, and managing all aspects of financial operations, including budgeting and cost accounting. The estimated salary range for this position is $110k-$130k, DOE.
