Sales Correspondent - Customer Service position at Mestek, Inc., Westfield, MA.

• Provide assistance to Mestek representatives, customers, and employees while demonstrating a positive attitude and act as a liaison between Sales Reps, Managers, customers, Technical Service, Engineering, and the Factory.
• Answer phone and e-mail inquiries in a timely manner.
• Provide information concerning Mestek products.
• Process incoming orders for unit accuracy, pricing, and shipping information.
• Enter orders into Friedman ERP system; review information before sending to Credit/Factory.
• Identify and resolve inquiries from representatives/customers relating to products.
• Guide representatives and distributors in use of Sales Assistant Specifier.
• Monitor fax machines for orders.
• Maintain an orderly work area; keep filing and paperwork up-to-date.
• Complete special projects as needed; assist other team members when work permits.
• Perform similar or related duties as required or requested.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience in writing orders and pricing a plus.
• Able to use computer software including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Able to be ambitious, organized, and detail-oriented; a team player who works well with others.
• Able to function under pressure; able to prioritize and multitask.
