Salary Range: $80,000 to $95,000 - depending on experience

Essential Duties and Tasks

  • Recommend equipment and processes for efficient, cost‑effective operation, promote quality and improve reliability.
  • Assess current equipment and processes, make recommendations for improvements.
  • Troubleshoot, evaluate, and repair equipment and processes.
  • Develop and implement improvement methods and controls focused on safety, quality and efficiency.
  • Report on results.
  • Develop project plans, present them, follow up, and track progress.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and computer‑generated reports.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications,

Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree with an Engineering Certificate required.
  • 4 to 6 years of manufacturing engineering experience, with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Solid working knowledge and hands‑on experience with concepts and principles.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Visio, Outlook email and calendar.
  • Maintains strict confidentiality and protects the privacy of confidential/sensitive information.
  • Exceptional time‑management and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, establishing priorities to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to communicate effectively (verbal, written, and presentations) with executive leadership, staff, and internal and external clients.
  • Proactive; exercises sound judgment and decision making; able to identify problems and needs and develop solutions and/or options.
  • Self‑confident, self‑motivated, polished professional who thrives in a challenging, fast‑paced environment.
