The candidate will create curricula, partner with sales and technical teams, and ensure high-quality training across various mediums. This role requires five years of professional training experience, particularly with HVAC equipment, strong Microsoft Office skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Occasional travel across North America and Canada is also expected.
