Job DescriptionSt. Mary's Parish School is seeking a dedicated and faith-filled, First Grade Teacher to join our school community. The ideal candidate will be committed to academic excellence, the mission of Catholic education, and nurturing the spiritual, intellectual, social, and emotional growth of young learners.

Salary: $35,000 to $45,000 Per Year

Job Requirements- Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with Massachusetts Curriculum Frameworks and the school's curriculum.
- Foster a safe, respectful, and nurturing classroom environment that promotes student success.
- Integrate Catholic teachings and values into classroom instruction and daily activities.
- Assess student progress through formal and informal methods and maintain accurate academic records.
- Communicate regularly and professionally with parents regarding student progress and classroom activities.
- Collaborate with faculty, administration, and support staff to promote student achievement and school improvement.
- Maintain classroom organization and effective classroom management consistent with school policies.
- Support the mission of St. Mary's Parish School and the Catholic Church.
- At least 1 year(s) of relevant experience preferred.
- Bachelor degree preferred.
- Citizenship, residency or work visa required.
