Westfield State University seeks a one-year temporary visiting instructor of Finance for the Accounting and Finance Department. The role includes teaching undergraduate courses in the BS in Finance degree, such as Personal Financial Planning, Financial Management, Risk Management, and Insurance.

Salary: $78,000-$80,000 (salary commensurate with education and experience)
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Teach courses and strengthen the Finance major
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary department
- Serve the university and department through committee and other activities
- Advise students on course selection and academic/career goals
- MBA with a concentration in Finance or MSc in Finance or PhD in Finance
- Prior teaching experience at college level
- Commitment to undergraduate teaching
- Flexibility for future course offerings broadly related to the field
- Willingness to engage with themes of race, class, gender, indigeneity, and historically-marginalized communities in teaching, service, or scholarship
