There is a stipend, plus 15 PDP's. Year One Training:

Teacher Mentor

• Qualifications:
• Completed/will complete the district mentor training
• A minimum of three years successful teaching experience in the district
• Earned a rating of at least proficient on most recent educator evaluation
• Exhibits knowledge about content-area, the Educator Evaluation System, and professional/community resources in the school district
• Works well with adults and maintains confidentiality
• Recommended by current principal
• Citizenship, residency or work visa required
