Manufacturing Engineer

• Plan, direct, and coordinate manufacturing process planning and inspection reports for all orders.
• Coordinate all paperwork such as certifications, process control sheets, inspection reports and job closeouts.
• Daily meetings with Production Control to ensure all tooling and process documentation are correct for operators.
• Formulated and implement gage calibration and inspection report system.
• Troubleshoot various processes and disposition deviant material.
• Design and implement gauging methods as part of inspection report system.
• Coordinate major projects to improve key performance metrics.
• Communicate with team members, customers and management.
• Periodically perform engineering CAD work using Solid Works.

Requirements:

• Bachelors in Engineering
• 5+ years of manufacturing experience in a machining environment
