- Lead design of transformers, inductors, planar magnetics, chokes, EMI filters, and high-voltage magnetic assemblies
- Own designs from customer requirements through validation and production
- Interface directly with defense/aerospace customers and suppliers
- Develop and execute prototype testing and performance validation
- Apply SPICE, 3D CAD, and electromagnetic FEA tools
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering (or related field)
- Minimum 3 years hands-on experience with magnetic component design and/or SMPS circuits
- Strong understanding of high-frequency magnetics, materials, and loss mechanisms
- Defense, aerospace, or manufacturing experience is highly desirable.
- Ability to work collaboratively, demonstrate empowerment, and take accountability for results.
