CITY OF WESTFIELD MA is seeking an Emergency Telecommunications Dispatcher to serve as dispatcher and call taker for police, fire, and EMS. The role involves receiving and dispatching emergency and non-emergency information, maintaining records, and supporting 24/7 Public Safety operations.
Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, six months related dispatch experience, strong computer and data entry skills, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
