Responsibilities- Assist individuals in all areas of daily living including personal care, housekeeping, cooking, and bringing to appointments and recreational activities.
- Work closely with individuals to help them become as independent as possible and to meet their personal goals.
- Maintain accurate and complete records, reports and data necessary to meet the requirements of BCArc and any certifying or regulatory agency.
- Effective communication with other staff, family members and individuals is required.
- High School Diploma or GED and 18 years of age.
- Valid driver's license and insured vehicle.
- Must have 1+ year(s) previous Direct Care experience.
