As a Licensed Mental Health Clinician, you will oversee clinical operations and coordinate care for all individuals served in the ACCS program. You will develop treatment plans for reach individual served in coordination with the care team. Additionally, you will monitor and oversee the interventions of the outreach and direct care staff in accordance with the treatment plan.
- Provides direct interventions with individual served to complete comprehensive assessments and treatment plans and to develop clinical interventions.
- Provides modeling and clinical oversight for outreach and GLE direct care staff.
- Conducts and oversees the clinical services set forth by the Integrated Team and performs functions reserved for the Licensed Practitioner of Healing Arts (LPHA) as specified by contract.
- Responsible for oversight of services to all individuals served by ACCS.
- Ensures that the program adheres to clinical and other regulation and requirements of funding source.
- Produces documentation that is clearly written and legible and meets all DMH and ACCS standards.
- Produces treatment plans that are consistent with evidence-based practices recommended by ACCS and best practices.
- Master’s Degree in a mental health related field required.
- Clinical licensure (i.e., LCSW, LICSW, LMHC) required.
- Must be committed to individuals served empowerment and growth, human rights and community integration
- Must have 2 years’ experience in the Human Service field.
