Counselor; Per-Diem

With deep roots in Western Massachusetts and a growing presence in communities throughout the state, we are currently seeking a Counselor (per-diem) to join our team and help advance our mission of empowering people to live healthier, more fulfilling lives.

As a Counselor in the Respite Unit, you will work directly with adults experiencing mental health challenges, providing one-on-one counseling, needs assessments, and group activities. You will also collaborate with family members and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans that help individuals achieve their goals.

• Conduct interviews, observations, and mental status exams to inform treatment plans
• Provide individualized counseling services and facilitate group activities
• Collaborate with families, service providers, and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care

• Bachelor's Degree (required)
• Two years of experience in a human services field or equivalent experience with a psychiatric population (required)
• MAP Certification (preferred)
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (preferred)
• Strong interpersonal, observational, and documentation skills

Scheduled: varies - 7am-3:30pm, 3pm-11:30pm and 11pm-7:30am Pay: $21.50/hr. with differential $1.00/hr. after 4pm and weekends $5/hr.
