- Support hospital application initiatives involving EHR, scheduling, policy management, incident reporting, and related systems.
- Coordinate application upgrades, enhancements, configuration changes, and implementations.
- Support UAT by developing test scenarios, coordinating testers, tracking results, and following up on issues.
- Work with hospital staff and SMEs to identify workflow challenges and application improvement opportunities.
- Gather and document business requirements, workflows, issues, and process improvements.
- Evaluate the impact of application changes on hospital workflows, policies, procedures, and reporting.
- Coordinate implementation readiness, including training, communications, SOPs, and workflow documentation.
- Track issues, action items, dependencies, and decisions through resolution.
- Act as a super user and application resource for hospital staff, escalating technical issues when needed.
- Support new application implementations and stabilization activities.
- Assist with EHR implementation planning and operational readiness.
- Facilitate meetings with clinical, administrative, operational, technical, and vendor stakeholders.
- Experience supporting healthcare or hospital applications, implementations, upgrades, or optimization.
- Understanding of healthcare operations, workflows, and end-user application needs.
- Experience with UAT, application testing, and implementation readiness.
- Strong business requirements and workflow documentation skills.
- Excellent communication, coordination, organization, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives and proactively follow issues through resolution.
