Mon-Fri 40 hrs/wk
Responsibilities- To directly supervise Site Managers
- To participate in hiring and other personnel actions affecting house staff
- Perform required assessments and provide input toward annual objectives. Participate in all Team meetings toward the development and evaluation of a Residential Service Plan/Individual Service Plan for each person in the residence.
- Ensure that all programming will conform to the goals and objectives outlined in the Residential Service Plans/Individual Service Plans.
- Bachelor’s Degree required with three years’ related experience. At least two years of supervisory experience is preferred.
- * Five years of supervisory experience in a residential setting maybe applied in lieu of educational requirements.
- Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle.
