Rental Yard Associate

White Cap is hiring immediately for a Rental Yard Associate. You’ll support the flow of equipment to contractors and ensure our rentals are safe, clean, and ready for delivery.

• Remove dirt, concrete, or other debris from rental equipment and the surrounding area using hand tools and cleaning equipment.
• Inspect all rental equipment for damage and report any issues according to established procedure.
• Oil and lubricate all tools, equipment, and tilt‑up braces according to specifications.
• Prepare and stage rental orders for delivery.
• Follow company safety policy and procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds; stand for periods exceeding 60 minutes.

• Forklift experience.
• Knowledge of construction and industrial products.
• Spanish language proficiency.

$18.40‑$23.90 hourly. Massachusetts law requires the posting of the salary range for advertised jobs. Individual base pay is determined based on experience, skills, internal equity, and other factors.
