Rental Yard Associate – Overview

• Remove dirt, concrete, or other debris from rental equipment and the yard using hand tools and cleaning equipment.
• Ensure all rental equipment is in good, usable condition before it goes out to the customer.
• Inspect rental equipment for damage and report any findings per established procedures.
• Oil and lubricate all tools, equipment, and tilt‑up braces per specifications.
• Prepare and stage rental orders for delivery.
• Follow company safety policy and procedures.
• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand for periods exceeding 60 minutes as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Typically possesses 0–2 years of experience.

• Forklift experience.
• Knowledge of construction and industrial products.
• Spanish language proficiency.

$18.40–$23.90 hourly (Massachusetts law requires posting salary ranges for advertised jobs).
