Experienced Electroplater​/Metal Finisher

$2,500 SIGN-ON BONUS! Experienced Electroplater (1st, 2nd or 3rd Shifts)

Westfield Electroplating Company (WEPCO) is looking for a skilled, experienced electroplater to join our team. We currently have openings on all three shifts (1st, 2nd & 3rd). Qualified candidates should possess solid knowledge of electroplating techniques and processes.

, paid as follows:

• $500 – 2nd paycheck
• $1,000 – After 6 months of employment
• $1,000
  – After 1 year of employment

Applicants must be familiar with industry processes and standards. Good verbal and written communication skills are required. The successful candidate must be self-motivated, reliable, hardworking, and able to work independently.

• Basic knowledge of electroplating processes
• 2+ years of electroplating experience preferred
• Ability to use micrometers to verify thicknesses
• Competency in basic math and the ability to calculate the surface area of standard shapes
• Ability to handle delicate parts without causing damage
• Ability to understand basic blueprints and drawings
  
  Strong willingness and ability to read, learn, and follow established processes and procedures
