** all peri-operative areas**: pre-op, OR, PACU

** Key Responsibilities
*** Oversee staffing, resources, and equipment for safe peri-op care
* Lead quality & performance improvement initiatives

* Partner with physician & nursing leadership on unit planning
** Qualifications
* ** Active RN license in Massachusetts
* 5+ years of peri-operative or related nursing experience
* Leadership experience preferred
