Position Overview We are seeking energetic, goal-oriented Sales Representative to connect with local homeowners and drive revenue growth. In this role, you will follow up on leads, present our home services solutions, and close deals. While we will provide training, prior knowledge or experience in the HVAC industry is highly encouraged and will help you hit the ground running.

Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries and follow up on leads efficiently.

Conduct in-home or phone consultations to understand customer needs and recommend the right solutions.

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly individual sales targets.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales

Collaborate with our service and installation teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Requirements Experience in retail, customer service, or residential sales.

Knowledge of the HVAC or home services industry is highly encouraged.

Strong communication, active listening, and people skills.

Self-motivated with a strong drive to meet performance goals.
