Security Officer Enhanced Unarmed Guard

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a retail location.;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while communicating with store personnel, visitors, and/or local responders as needed.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the sales floor, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions.;
Monitor access points, observe customer and employee activity, and document security-related incidents, policy violations, and/or maintenance concerns according to site guidelines.;
Support loss prevention efforts by reporting suspicious behavior, assisting with crowd flow during busy periods, and following post orders related to retail operations and after-hours checks.
