Security Officer Courtesy Retail Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including sales floors, entrances, exits, parking areas, and perimeter areas, to deter unwanted activity.;
Monitor access points, observe customer and visitor activity, and report suspicious behavior, hazards, and/or policy violations to appropriate personnel.;
Support loss prevention and other store operations by maintaining a visible presence, assisting with de-escalation when needed, and following post orders for unarmed patrol assignments.;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document observations in accordance with site guidelines.
