You will perform preventive maintenance of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, carpentry, and related systems. You will mentor others, work with outside vendors, and respond to emergencies. This role requires a HS diploma, hands-on skills in maintenance trades, and strong communication; licensing in electrical/HVAC or lift-truck
