• Assist with all aspects of the BICC day to day operations, program development and growth.
• Ensure that all programing will conform with the goals and objectives set forth by the members action plan in accordance with Massachusetts Rehabilitation Commission (MRC) or Department of Developmental Services (DDS) Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) Waiver regulations.
• Implement and follow up on developing and maintaining a wide range of opportunities for members to increase vocational skills towards future volunteer and employment goals.
• Ensuring community linkages to resources such as educational opportunities and to community members who can assist with benefits eligibility and housing.
• Ensuring that career planning, job development, job placement, vocational and follow-up services are being effectively implemented.

Bachelor's Degree in a related field plus a minimum of two years related experience with the population in the field, Degree may be substituted for 5 years related experience working with the brain injury population. Vocational experience preferred. Possess a valid driver's license and use of insured personal vehicle.
