Start time: 12:00 PM (Noon)
Shift: 12 hours per day
Holiday Pay18 paid days off in year 1 (12 PTO + 6 holidays at $20/hr)
Years 2–5: 22 paid days off (16 PTO + 6 holidays)
Years 6–13: 27 paid days off (21 PTO + 6 holidays)
Years 14–18: 30 paid days off (24 PTO + 6 holidays)
Year 19+: 32 paid days off (26 PTO + 6 holidays)
