Job Requirements and Duties- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record that meets company standards.
- Access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
- Strong navigational skills, able to read a map, locate addresses within the designated delivery area, and navigate adverse terrain including multi‑story buildings.
Many team members begin their careers as delivery drivers and can advance to management, franchise ownership, or corporate operations.

QualificationsGeneral job duties for all store team members:
- Operate all equipment.
- Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
- Prepare products.
- Receive and process telephone orders.
- Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
- Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
- Orientation and training provided on the job.
- Comprehend and give correct written instructions.
- Communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders over the phone and in person.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
- Make correct monetary change.
- Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
- Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers for rapid and precise movements.
- Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when delivering product.
- In‑store temperatures range from 36 °F in cooler to 90 °F and above in some work areas.
- Sudden changes in temperature in work areas and while outside.
- Fumes from food odors.
- Exposure to cornmeal dust.
- Cramped quarters including walk‑in cooler.
- Hot surfaces/tools from oven up to 500 °F or higher.
- Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.
- Talking and hearing on telephone.
- Near and mid‑range vision for most in‑store tasks.
- Depth perception.
- Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.
The ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, make judgments and decisions.
Physical Requirements- Standing – Most tasks performed from a standing position.
- Walking – For short distances and durations; travel between the store and vehicle.
- Sitting – Paperwork typically completed at a desk or table.
- Lifting – Bulk product deliveries twice a week or more; use of hand truck.
- Carrying – Handles cases of ingredients and supplies up to 50 lb, large cans, pizza sauce up to 30 lb, trays of dough (~12 lb each).
- Pushing – Move trays on dollies; requires up to 7.5 lb force.
- Climbing – Infrequent navigation of stairs or ladders for maintenance.
- Forward bending at the waist for pizza assembly; duration 30‑45 s repeated continuously.
- Crouching/squatting for stocking shelves and cleaning low areas.
- Reaching above 72 in to turn on/off oven controls and lift/lower objects.
- Reaching down to scoop cornmeal or wash dishes.
- Reaching forward to obtain toppings, clean work surfaces, or answer phones.
- Hand tasks requiring fine motor coordination; frequent use of forearms and wrists.
- Manipulate pizza peel, rolling cutter, and assembly of cardboard boxes.
Job Duties
- Deliver product by car and to customer's door.
- Deliver flyers and door hangers.
- Navigate maps and locate addresses.
- Navigate adverse terrain, multi‑story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product.
- Carrying pizzas and beverages while walking and climbing.
- Driving within a designated area; may make several deliveries per shift.
- Walking between store, vehicle, and customers’ locations.
Navigation of five or more flights of stairs during delivery.
Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions while driving and delivering.
Final Sensing (Driving)Far vision and night vision for driving.
