Warehouse Freezer Selector

Position Overview

As a Warehouse Selector, you’ll pick, gather & organize product and prepare orders for delivery to local customers. Upbeat individuals interested in staying active & fit while earning above-average income are perfect for this role.

• Pick various items by using order sheets or an audio headset.
• Stack items on a pallet for wrapping and loading at the bay doors.
• Ensure accuracy to orders while adhering to our safety standards.
• Operate a double walkie‑rider or electric pallet jack to remove cases of products from storage rack and place on pallet, applying selection labels as required.
• Utilize proper wrapping techniques to ensure safety of product and prevent damages.
• Inform Supervisor of any differences in case quantity and/or description.
• Perform equipment inspections and complete appropriate forms.
• Frequent safe lifting of varying case weight, shape, and height levels.
• Follow all material handling equipment safe operating procedures.

• Continual standing, bending, pulling, lifting, pivoting up to 90% of shift.
• Walking 6-12 miles per day on various surfaces.
• Lifting product weighing between 1-60 lbs or more, including from floor to overhead.
• Possibility of working on multiple levels of varying height.
• Safe handling of sharp objects including box‑cutting tools.

Full Time Night Shift, 7:00PM start, 10‑12 hour shift length.

4 to 5 day work week (Sunday required). Salary $24.00 per hour + $2.00 freezer premium = $26.00 with additional earning potential after training.

• General Equivalency Diploma, General Studies, or High School Diploma – General Studies.
• Shift: 1st Shift (United States of America).
• Experience with material handling equipment preferred (not mandatory).
