Receiving Clerk – Forklift Operator

Pay: $20.00/hour

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, Full-Time

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Receiving Clerk to join our team in Westfield, MA. This position is responsible for receiving incoming materials, verifying shipments, organizing inventory, and safely moving materials throughout the facility using a forklift.

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage
• Verify quantities and materials against packing slips and purchase orders
• Enter receiving information into the company’s computer system
• Label and organize incoming materials
• Safely operate a forklift to unload trucks and move materials
• Stage materials in designated storage areas
• Maintain accurate receiving and inventory records
• Communicate with warehouse, shipping, and purchasing teams regarding discrepancies
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all company safety procedures and forklift operating guidelines

• Previous forklift experience required
• Prior warehouse, receiving, or shipping experience preferred
• Ability to read packing slips, purchase orders, and other shipping documents
• Basic computer skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to lift and move materials as required
• Dependable and able to work independently
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Commitment to workplace safety

Compensation $20.00 per hour
