Warehouse Packer – Firearms Distribution

Westfield, MAPay Rate: $20/hr

Schedule:

1st Shift (Monday – Friday) 8am to 5pm

About the Role:

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Packer to join our firearms distribution team in Westfield, MA. In this role, you will be responsible for carefully packing firearm components for shipment, ensuring accuracy, safety, and compliance with all company and federal regulations.

• Accurately pick and pack firearm parts and accessories for customer orders.
• Prepare items for shipment by labeling, boxing, and verifying contents.
• Follow all safety and compliance guidelines related to handling firearm components.
• Maintain an organized and clean work area.
• Assist with general warehouse duties such as stocking, inventory, and order staging as needed.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure workflow efficiency.

• Previous warehouse, shipping, or packing experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions.
• Must be comfortable working with firearm parts in a regulated environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Dependent and punctual with a strong work ethic.

• $20/hour starting pay.
• Stable 1st shift schedule (Monday – Friday).
