CSR Supervisor
Client Service Representatives support the delivery of high-quality primary veterinary care. As the front line of communication between clients and providers, CSRs promote the practice by maintaining a client-oriented and professional work environment. Duties include using computer and veterinary management software, answering and directing phone calls, scheduling appointments, client check-in and check-out, and more. They also serve as liaisons between patients and medical staff.
Responsibilities- Greet clients and pets in a prompt, courteous and helpful manner
- Check out patients, print invoices, and receive/apply payments
- Ensure work and reception area is kept clean and professional at all times
- Answer phone calls and relay information to the appropriate party
- Assist clients at times of euthanasia by rooming patients, preparing paperwork and taking payments
- Keep food and merchandise shelves stocked
- Drawer reconciliation
- End of day deposits
- Complete all other tasks assigned
- Above and beyond customer service skills and a positive attitude
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- The ability to work in fast-paced and stressful situations
- Comfort with and knowledge of computer and internet skills as well as veterinary terms/procedures
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
