Warehouse & Fulfillment Operations
- Prepare packages including labeling, boxing, and sealing shipments
- Coordinate shipments through carriers such as Fed Ex, UPS, and USPS
- Ensure all outgoing shipments meet company quality standards
- Receive incoming shipments and verify quantities
- Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts
- Monitor inventory levels and flag to leadership when reordering is required
- Support ordering and restocking of warehouse materials and supplies
- Identify opportunities to reduce shipping costs and improve logistics efficiency
- Maintain shipping records and documentation
- Maintain inventory and order tracking within internal systems
- Generate reports on inventory levels, shipments, and operational performance
- Help identify process improvements as the company grows
- Assist customer support team with order inquiries or shipping issues
- Investigate lost or delayed shipments
- Help ensure a positive customer experience through accurate and timely fulfillment
This position requires a highly organized self-starter who is able to work autonomously during their work day while still maintaining highest excellence of customer service. This role requires you to be hands on with the expectation that heavy lifting may be involved. This role also requires being highly organized, working out of multiple platforms, communicating with internal team members and external customers.
This person must have reliable transportation in order to travel to the office as well as to transport boxes to the local post office.
This is a part time role and requires in office presence in (Westfield, NJ) 4 days a week. Time of day may vary depending on shipping needs, however the general schedule will be 9am–2pm EST, Monday through Thursday. Must be flexible to adjust schedules to meet the needs of the office. This role has an opportunity to grow into a full time position.
About You:- 3+ years experience in an operations-type role, bonus if you have supply chain experience
- Experience with inventory systems or warehouse tools
- Proficient in Google Workspace
- Familiarity with Fed Ex, UPS, and USPS shipping platforms
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in a hands-on environment in a small team
- Ability to lift and move packages (typically up to 40–50 lbs)
- Strong attention to detail and process improvement mindset
- Experience in small business or startup environments preferred
- Experience with inventory management software or warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Basic data analysis or reporting skills
- Experience improving workflows or processes

Pay Range: $22,000–$25,000 yearly salary
