At MEC, we partner with leading medical/ophthalmology practices to provide patients with high-quality vision care and eyewear services. We are seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented team member to join our Business Operations team and provide support to our growing network of optical dispensaries.

• Order optical frames, supplies, and merchandise
• Receive, inspect, and organize products
• Process returns, exchanges, and vendor credits
• Pack and ship orders via UPS and Fed Ex
• Maintain inventory and computer records
• Communicate with vendors
• Provide general office, shipping, and receiving support

• Optical experience preferred
• Optical frame ordering experience a strong plus
• Compulink experience a plus
• Proficiency using all Microsoft Office products:
  Excel, Word, Outlook
• UPS/Fed Ex shipping experience
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Positive, team-oriented attitude
