The Security Field Supervisor at Good Guard Security is responsible for overseeing and managing security operations at various client sites. This role entails ensuring the safety and security of personnel, property, and assets while providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of security protocols, and the ability to handle emergency situations effectively.

• Supervision and Leadership
• Lead and manage a team of security personnel, ensuring they are well-trained and equipped to perform their duties.
• Conduct regular site inspections to assess security operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Provide guidance and support to security staff, fostering a positive work environment and encouraging professional development.
• Client Relations
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their security concerns and ensuring their expectations are met.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and site visits.
• Prepare and deliver security reports and updates to clients as required.
• Operational Management
• Implement and enforce security protocols and procedures to maintain a safe environment.
• Coordinate security operations across multiple sites, ensuring consistent service delivery.
• Manage scheduling and deployment of security personnel to meet client needs and operational demands.
• Incident Response
• Respond swiftly to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms, taking appropriate action to mitigate risks.
• Conduct thorough investigations of incidents, documenting findings and preparing reports for management and clients.
• Train staff on emergency response procedures and conduct drills to ensure preparedness.
• Compliance and Reporting
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to security operations.
• Maintain accurate records of security activities, incidents, and personnel performance.
• Prepare and submit regular reports to management regarding security operations and personnel performance.
• Training and Development
• Conduct training sessions for security staff on best practices, safety protocols, and customer service.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement training programs to enhance team performance.

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in criminal justice, security management, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in security management or supervision.
• Strong knowledge of security protocols, emergency response procedures, and relevant laws and regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and security management software.
• Valid security guard license and CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
