Responsibilities include cutting, trimming, and preparing meat such as briskets and ribs, ensuring quality control and sanitation. This part-time role offers very flexible hours, allowing for work alongside another job. Chicken trimming occurs on Wednesdays and Fridays from 9 PM to 1 AM or 4 AM to 2 PM.
