Location Westford, United States Sector Accountancy Salary $22.00 to $30.00 per hour
Accounts Payable Clerk- Contract
The Accounts Payable Clerk position is available in Westford, MA for our manufacturing client. This role is part of a dynamic finance team that is known for its commitment to accuracy and efficiency in managing financial transactions.
Shift of the Accounts Payable Clerk:8am-5pm, Monday
- Friday
$22-$30 - pay is depending accounting experience and experience working within manufacturing
Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Clerk:- Process high volume transactions with accuracy and proficiency.
- Schedule and prepare checks while resolving discrepancies in purchase orders and invoices.
- Verify vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions.
- Maintain confidentiality to protect the organization’s value.
- Support reception desk coverage as needed.
- Associates degree or 3-5 years equivalent experience in accounts payable.
- Strong ERP experience and proficiency in accounting software.
- Self-starter with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain good vendor relationships and work independently.
