Key Responsibilities
  • Support a high-volume Sales organization by processing and booking customer orders, including standard purchases, evaluations, demonstrations, and equipment loan agreements.

  • Partner closely with Sales to ensure transactions meet internal booking standards and revenue recognition requirements.
  • Examine quotes, purchase orders, discount approvals, and contractual agreements for accuracy and alignment with company policies.
  • Ensure maintenance and support agreements are correctly established within enterprise systems (Oracle experience preferred).
  • Flag and escalate any non-standard terms, exceptions, or deviations from established procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams — including Finance, Legal, Logistics, Customer Support, Marketing Operations, and Product Management — to resolve order-related discrepancies.
  • Serve as the operational point of contact for an assigned sales region, while also providing backup support across territories as business needs require.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve the customer and partner experience.
  • Coordinate timely communication with Renewal Representatives regarding relevant transactions.
  • Initiate and manage workflow processes within Salesforce and related systems.
  • Contribute to special initiatives and cross-departmental projects as assigned.

  • Working knowledge of enterprise systems such as Oracle or similar database platforms.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet critical deadlines.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working both independently and in a team-oriented environment.
  • Highly detail-focused with a commitment to operational excellence.
  • Flexibility to work extended hours during month-end and quarter-end close periods, including evenings or weekends when necessary.
