About the Role

As a Beauty Advisor/Sales Associate at European Wax Center, you will educate guests on the benefits of waxing, manage reservations, confirm appointments, and oversee guest flow during busy periods.

• Educate guests on waxing benefits and service packages.
• Schedule and confirm reservations; manage guest flow throughout the day.
• Work effectively in a fast‑paced, flexible environment.
• Maintain a fun, upbeat, client‑focused attitude and contribute to a positive team environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of customer service experience (preferred).
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work nights and weekends; flexible schedule.
• Proactive, goal‑oriented; willing to learn and grow.
