Your client is looking for an experienced, nurturing, and energetic full-time Infant Teacher to join their premier preschool in Westford, MA. The ideal candidate must be willing to work with children 6‑weeks to 14‑months‑old; as well as be comfortable with diapering.
- Direct Hire position with the school
- Monday-Friday, year‑round employment
- Must be able to work until 6:00pm one out of every four weeks
Salary $20.00 – $25.00/hour pending education, credentials, and professional Early Childhood Education experience

- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children
- Responsible for the planning and implementation of age‑appropriate activities and curriculum as well as assisting with the maintenance of educational portfolios
- Supervise and engage children in educational and play activities
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom
- Monitor and ensure the well‑being of each child in your care
- Communicate with parents about their child's progress and any concerns
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a positive learning environment
- Participate in training sessions, workshops, and staff meetings to enhance your skills and stay updated on best practices in early childhood education
- Must be at least 18 years old
- REQUIRED
Education:
High School diploma or GED - Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. in connection with the handling of children for the facilitation of programs, child safety, and potential emergency situations – for Infant and Young Toddler Teachers, must be able to properly lift infants into and out of a crib
- Must meet background check eligibility
- CDA, AA or higher in ECE or a related field
- Early Childhood Teacher Credential (ECTC)
- Completed college course in Child Development from birth to 7- or 8‑years‑old
- 1 year of cumulative experience in a licensed early childhood facility as either a Lead or Assistant Teacher and must be willing to become certified
