The Goddard School in Westford, MA is seeking enthusiastic, caring, and dependable Early Childhood Teachers to join their team.

Available Roles- Lead Infant Teacher:
Working with children 6 weeks – 14 months old - Lead Toddler Teacher:
Working with children 15 months – 2.8 years old
- Monday – Friday
- 8-hour shifts between 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Leads must be able to work until 6:00pm one out of every four weeks
- $22.00 – $25.00 per hour for Lead Teachers;
Compensation depends on education, credentials, and experience in early childhood education.

Teachers play a vital role in creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing learning environment for young children.
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting a child-centered curriculum that encourages creativity and exploration
- Maintaining active supervision of children at all times
- Building positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Assisting with diapering and toileting as needed
- Collaborating with other teachers to support classroom activities
- Helping ensure a safe and positive school environment
You must meet one of the following for Lead Teacher position:
- Massachusetts EEC Certification
- Child Development Associate (CDA) Certification
- Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Elementary Education, Educational Psychology, or related field
- Completed college course in Child Development from birth to 7- or 8-years-old
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when assisting children
- Must safely lift infants into and out of cribs
- Must pass required background checks
