The Goddard School in Westford, MA is seeking enthusiastic, caring, and dependable Early Childhood Teachers to join their team.

• Lead Infant Teacher:
  Working with children 6 weeks – 14 months old
• Lead Toddler Teacher:
  Working with children 15 months – 2.8 years old

• Monday – Friday
• 8-hour shifts between 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Leads must be able to work until 6:00pm one out of every four weeks

• $22.00 – $25.00 per hour for Lead Teachers;
  Compensation depends on education, credentials, and experience in early childhood education.

Teachers play a vital role in creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing learning environment for young children.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting a child-centered curriculum that encourages creativity and exploration
• Maintaining active supervision of children at all times
• Building positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
• Assisting with diapering and toileting as needed
• Collaborating with other teachers to support classroom activities
• Helping ensure a safe and positive school environment

You must meet one of the following for Lead Teacher position:

• Massachusetts EEC Certification
• Child Development Associate (CDA) Certification
• Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Elementary Education, Educational Psychology, or related field
• Completed college course in Child Development from birth to 7- or 8-years-old

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when assisting children
• Must safely lift infants into and out of cribs
• Must pass required background checks
