Our client, a leader in the facilities management industry, is seeking a Building Engineer to join their team. As a Building Engineer, you will be part of the Engineering & Technical Services department supporting the maintenance and operation of a smaller location. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and strong organizational abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

• Monitor and maintain building system operations including plumbing, electrical, heating, and cooling.
• Perform standard repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Handle patching, painting, and filter changes.
• Manage fan cooling units in ceilings and respond to hot/cold calls.
• Utilize CBRE's work order system and operate a tablet for work assignments.

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in building maintenance or engineering.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word and Excel).
• Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail.
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks effectively.
