Field Service Manager - Onsite

Responsibilities

• Relocate to the assigned country and live there for the period of the contract.
• Provide technical support to international customer military units in support of MS-110 reconnaissance pod systems and ground exploitation systems.
• Perform on‑site installation, repair, maintenance, and test activities directly supporting our customer base.
• Effectively use general and specialized test equipment to check‑out and troubleshoot systems.
• Work on flight line, aircraft, and ground support equipment at customer sites.

• 8+ years of experience maintaining/test of complex electro‑optical systems and computer networks.
• Excellent problem solver capable of providing viable courses of action to the customer based on timely assessment and analysis.
• Able to read and interpret schematic diagrams, system data flow charts, and technical descriptions of the systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customers who do not speak English as their primary language.
• U.S. citizenship required. U.S. government‑issued security clearance desirable.

• Military background with avionics maintenance experience.
• Experience in network system administration, monitoring and troubleshooting networks.
• 2‑year engineering degree preferred.

The salary range for this role is $107,500 USD – $204,500 USD.
