Position Overview
Integration and Test Specialist (Onsite) – Westford, MA, United States. This role is 100% onsite and requires a U.S. citizen able to obtain a secret security clearance. The position offers a salary range of $68,900 to $131,100 and may include incentive compensation.
Key Responsibilities- Technical Reading: Evaluate basic mechanical blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical manuals.
- Detail-Oriented: Ensure tight tolerances on aerospace components and maintain focus on safety.
- Testing & Calibration: Perform functional tests, system checks, and data collection on sub-assemblies using diagnostic equipment, multi‑meters, and mechanical measurement tools.
- Maintenance & Preventive Care: Conduct basic troubleshooting and preventive maintenance on electro‑mechanical systems.
- Quality & Documentation: Maintain accurate logs, quality control checklists, and safety documentation.
- Associate degree, technical certificate, or related work experience in Aerospace Technology, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering Technology.
- Two or more years of relevant experience.
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a secret security clearance.
- Excellent communication skills across all levels in a multi‑matrixed environment.
- Prior experience with electro‑mechanical systems is preferred.
- Ability to read schematic diagrams, mechanical drawings, and technical descriptions.
- Proficiency with general and specialized test equipment (e.g., fluke meter, spectrum analyzer, oscilloscope) is a plus.
- Integrity, reliability, and dedication in a team environment.
- Strong problem‑solving skills with actionable recommendations.
- Hands‑on mechanical skill set.
- Effective collaboration, knowledge sharing, and positive team contribution.
- Adaptability to changes in plans, design specifications, or unforeseen circumstances.
25% travel required.
Benefits and CompensationSalary range: $68,900–$131,100.
