You will work on multiple sustaining engineering projects, contribute to schematic capture and prototyping activities, support compliance testing for medical devices, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable, manufacturable, and high-quality product solutions.

Your role includes:
- Design, update, and support electronic hardware for end-of-life and sustaining engineering projects.
- Develop and modify schematics using Altium Designer and associated electronic design tools.
- Partner with third-party manufacturers to oversee prototype builds and design implementation.
- Support multiple concurrent sustaining engineering projects while managing priorities and project deliverables.
- Conduct design reviews, troubleshooting, and technical investigations to resolve hardware issues.
- Coordinate and support compliance and certification testing activities for medical device products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional R&D, quality, manufacturing, and regulatory teams to ensure successful product delivery and lifecycle support.
Your skills and experience include:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of electrical design experience in a product development or sustaining engineering environment.
- Experience with schematic capture tools;
Altium Designer experience is strongly preferred. - Knowledge of electronic circuit design, PCB design, prototyping, and electrical test methodologies.
- Experience supporting hardware development from design through prototype and testing phases.
- Familiarity with compliance testing and regulatory requirements; medical device industry experience is preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and multitasking skills with the ability to support multiple projects simultaneously.
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $53,580 - $122,400. Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting.
