Financial Planning & Analyst Lead -Westford, MA

What You Will Do

• Manage all aspects of program‑level bookings, sales, profit, and cash forecasting, including data validation and reporting.
• Own all internal financial planning & analysis deliverables.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly balance sheet and income statement forecasts and conduct variance analysis.
• Coordinate with accounting on monthly and quarterly accrual timing.
• Meet critical deadlines and develop efficiencies through process improvements.

• University degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in defense or aerospace industry, including development and support to AOP and LRP coordination.
• Familiarity with budgets and rates organization; experience in FP&A and FPRP development.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• U.S. citizenship required.

• Strong communication, presentation, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to multi‑task and support a dynamic team environment.
• Experience with aerospace/defense programs and in an FP&A role within the defense industry.
• Working knowledge of SAP and other industry‑standard financial tools.
• Experience with government contracts and interpreting Raytheon policies and procedures.
