Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership & Analytics Execution
    • Develop and implement end-to-end analytics strategies to improve partner claims management, cost savings, and supply chain resilience.
    • Drive large-scale analytics programs that leverage automation, machine learning, and predictive analytics to optimize supply chain operations.
    • Review partner claims and validate the accuracy, looking for spend that is either unapproved, miscategorized or out of scope.
    • Partner with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams to align analytics‑driven strategies with business objectives.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making & Innovation
    • Establish, track, and continuously refine key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to measure success and drive improvements.
    • Provide insights into spend, including trends, forecasts and outliers. Provide feedback and guidance around category spend, drivers and opportunities for improvement.
    • Identify, evaluate, and implement emerging technologies and best practices in supply chain analytics.
  • Stakeholder Management & Influence
    • Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, supply chain leaders, and cross‑functional teams, providing data-backed insights to drive business strategy.
    • Influence executive decision‑making by translating analytical findings into compelling business recommendations.
    • Drive cross‑functional collaboration, ensuring seamless integration of analytics with supply chain planning, operations, and finance teams.
  • Team Leadership & Development
    • Serve as local lead for team, interfacing with relevant stakeholders and taking ownership/responsibility for medium to high complexity projects.
    • Establish and enforce best practices for data analysis, model development, and reporting to ensure high-quality, actionable insights.
    • Assist with development of junior staff, including providing feedback to the Team Manager and suggestions to individuals on areas to improve or develop new skills.
  • Process Optimization & Automation
    • Identify and address process inefficiencies, leveraging automation and AI‑driven solutions to enhance scalability and reliability.
    • Drive initiatives to streamline data pipelines, improve data quality, and enhance real‑time analytics capabilities.
    • Develop standardized frameworks for analytics execution, ensuring consistency and repeatability across the organization.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in supply chain analytics, category management, or ERP system management.
  • Strong background in statistical modelling, predictive analytics, and process optimisation.
  • Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams, influence stakeholders, and drive organisational change through data‑driven insights.
  • Experience working in a fast‑paced, global supply chain environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced degree (Master’s) in a related analytical field.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • High attention to detail and ability to identify errors and outliers in large datasets.
  • Expertise in data modelling, data pipeline development, and automation techniques.
  • Advanced communication and storytelling skills to translate data insights into strategic business recommendations.

Annual Salary USD 92, in Massachusetts // 92, in California // 81, in Texas.
