Due to their long-term expansion plans, they are looking for a Senior Project Manager to develop and manage their own team to be the foundations of their business, and granting you the opportunity to further progress your career into project management leadership.
This is position is office based, you will be tasked with overseeing a team of Project Managers, you will be involved in some of their largest and most exclusive projects, working closely with the wider Project Management team and managing the overall success of the project.
This would suit someone from a mechanical contracting background with strong financial experience, looking for further development and progression into leadership and play a key role in the company’s future success.
The Role:- Lead all pre-construction planning, from estimate review and value engineering to contract finalization and construction scheduling
- Manage project budgets, cost tracking, and manpower planning throughout the project lifecycle
- Oversee subcontractors, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and documentation across the build
- Maintain strong working relationships with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and the project team
- Conduct quality control inspections and proactively resolve design or scope issues
- Manage project closeout, including punch lists, final billing, O&M manuals, and warranty documentation
- 6+ years of mechanical construction PM experience
- Experience running project financials from end to end
- Looking to join a rapidly growing firm and to progress into leadership
