Overview
Job Title: Material Handler
Location: Westford MA
Duration: 06 Month of Contract+ possible extension
Job SummaryResponsible for ensuring inventory is accurately maintained and delivered to required areas on time. Supports manufacturing and assembly operations in a regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities- Perform material movements both physically and systematically.
- Generate and process work orders using an ERP system.
- Complete work order receipts and perform cycle counts as required.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Support product flow through manufacturing and assembly areas.
- Work effectively within a cross-functional team.
- Handle chemicals such as isopropyl alcohol and sulfuric acid (training provided).
- Work overtime as required to meet business needs.
- Comply with FDA regulations, company policies, SOPs, QMS, and EMS requirements.
- Maintain positive communication with team members, vendors, and management.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Minimum 1 year of inventory control experience (regulated environment preferred).
- High school diploma or GED required.
