Lawn Doctor – Westford, MA

This is an Entry-level Position

Pay: $20–$25 per hour (based on experience)

Bonus: $1,000 sign-on bonus after 3 months

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:00pm (occasional Saturdays)

• Apply fertilizers, weed control, and pest control treatments to residential and commercial lawns
• Perform lawn care services such as fertilization, aeration, and pest management
• Safely operate and maintain equipment and company vehicles
• Provide friendly, professional service to customers
• Communicate with customers and office staff regarding services and lawn health
• Identify opportunities to recommend additional lawn care services
• Follow safety procedures and company service standards
• Represent the Lawn Doctor brand with professionalism and care

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical outdoor work
• Willingness to obtain a pesticide applicator license (company supports this)
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Customer service mindset and good communication skills

Experience in lawn care, landscaping, turf management, or pest control is a plus, but not required—we provide paid training.
