Position Overview
We’re looking for a friendly, professional, and dependable Waitstaff to join our front‑of‑house team. The ideal candidate has a passion for hospitality, a positive attitude, and enjoys working in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
Responsibilities- Greet guests promptly and provide excellent, attentive service throughout their meal
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Deliver food and drinks in a timely manner
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in service areas
- Ensure every guest leaves with a positive impression of The Outlook Restaurant
- Previous serving experience preferred, but we’ll train the right person
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Must be 18 years or older
- Tips Certification
