Snackbar Supervisor

A snack bar supervisor is responsible for managing the daily operations of a snack bar, which includes supervising staff, creating work schedules, overseeing food preparation and service, managing inventory, and handling cash. They are also responsible for ensuring food safety, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction, and may assist with ordering supplies and maintaining financial records.

• Inventory and ordering:
  Monitoring stock levels, placing orders for supplies, and checking deliveries.

  Managing the cash drawer, handling money, and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
• Customer service:
  Addressing customer complaints and ensuring a positive experience for patrons.
• Food safety and hygiene:
  Enforcing cleanliness standards and ensuring all employees follow health and safety regulations.

• Experience:
  
  Previous experience in food service, especially in a fast-paced environment, and often includes supervisory experience.
• Leadership:
  Ability to supervise and motivate a team.
• Communication:
  Strong communication skills for interacting with staff and customers.
• Physical stamina:
  Ability to stand for long periods and lift/move objects weighing up to 25-50 lbs.
